Monument to the Murdered Jews of Europe

I was biking home from work and the light was so nice, I decided to stop and take some pics. I bike past the Holocaust Memorial every day but never stop.

Things I often think of when I pass by:

> Jews were not the only victims of the Holocaust. My people were persecuted too. However you don't see memorials to Jehovah's Witnesses anywhere in Berlin. Maybe Peter Eisenmann could have been a little more inclusive?

> It cost 25 million euros to pour concrete boxes? Puh-lease.

> More trees would probably not have hurt anyone.

> I wonder how often they have to clean graffiti off the boxes?
